Does Kershaw County have a noise ordinance?
Yes. In the event that a citation is issued regarding a noise complaint, the original complainant will be issued a subpoena to appear in court to testify to the offense.

Active Shooter training for businesses and places of worship can be requested from the SLED Active Shooter and CCTA Training Unit by contacting them at (803) 896-8128. Some of the services provided include:

What do I need to do to take a warrant out on someone?
You must first file a report with the Sheriff’s Office. The incident must have occurred within the jurisdiction of the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office.
